We believe that the personal relationships among the peoples of the world are the single most important factor in promoting peace, understanding and respect. We believe by facilitating and encouraging the explorations of our various cultures, by aiding those in need and sharing knowledge, we will create relationships that promote strong bonds of lasting international friendship between our countries.
